The team has started returning home now from this years Byron Bay 7's tournament. As you can see from the picture above, our theme was superheros - and everyone did a marvelous job in prepareing their own alter-ego. The weather was perfect all weekend and great accomodation selection by fungus meant we had a pool and spa to take make the most of it.Oh yeah, we also played some rugby :) We managed to put together a win over Byron Bay, putting us in the B grade final. The theme did not stop with our evening attire, our match day uniforms showed everyone that we were having a good time.
The ref's shared our enthusiam for fun and joined in (the ref for our final - an older gentelman - sported a sparkley skirt for the occasion!). We lost the final, but came away with a case of beer and a plaque. not bad!
